Bowling Green Police Officer named 2012 Kentucky Women's Law Enforcement Network Officer of the Year

Officer Melanie Watts of Bowling Green Police has been named the Kentucky Women's Law Enforcement Network Officer of the Year.

She will be recognized at a ceremony on Nov. 8 at the Capital Hotel Plaza in Frankfort.
