Burglary Arrest in Warren County

An area man breaks into his wife's home.

Saturday night, Warren County Sheriff's Department said it responded to a call about a burglary.

When deputies got to 117 Countryside Drive Apt. A, 38-year-old Leo Yoakem tried to run, they caught him after a short foot chase.

Sheriff's department says through investigation they determined Yoakem and his wife had been separated for six months, and lived at different places.

He faces a few charges including burglary first degree and criminal mischief third degree.
