An old building in Downtown Bowling Green is seeing new life.
The Capitol Theater has been cleaned and renovated ahead of a new art exhibit that opened last Friday.
The exhibit, by Laura Hartford, features dozens of theatrical photographs that have not been enhanced by any computer programs.
This is the first time the art gallery inside the renovated theater has been opened to the public.
"We are so excited to reopen the space after a little bit of a renovation. I think a lot of people will notice when they walk in the space looks bigger, the lighting looks brighter, and of course the floor is just sparkling," says Andee Rudloff, education and visual arts director for SKYPAC.
The exhibit will be in town until August 31 and will be a part of this Friday's Bowling Green Gallery Hop.
