UPDATED: Car Crashes Near House, Driver Faces Charges

A driver is in the hospital and faces several charges after crashing in front of a Warren County home.

WARREN CO., Ky. (WBKO) -- About 7:15 Wednesday night, a white Cavalier ran off Shanty Hollow Rd. and into a resident's yard.

It hit a huge flower pot and then a tree.

The Sheriff's Department says 39-year-old Jason Uhles of Bowling Green was unconscious due to a head injury he received not wearing a seatbelt.

Uhles was taken to the Medical Center.

The Sheriff's Department says Uhles faces charges related to Driving Under the Influence, Operating on a Suspended License and Criminal Mischief.


9:30 p.m. -- A little before 7:30 Wednesday night, a white Cavalier ran off Shanty Hollow Rd. and crashed into a resident's yard -- hitting a huge flower pot.

The homeowner said the driver was unconscious when he went outside to check on him, and there were no passengers in the car.

An officer on the scene said the driver was taken to the Medical Center.
