A car crash in Hardin County sends one person to the hospital and the other to jail.
Joseph Grimes, 39, of Payneville faces DUI and Wanton Endangerment charges.
He was driving on North Long Grove Road two miles West of Cecilia Saturday night.
KSP says he lost control of his car and flipped it several times.
His passenger John Grimes, 32, of Eastview was ejected from the car.
He suffered life threatening injuries.
Joseph is now in the Hardin County Detention Center.
