Charity Golf Scramble Kicks of eHealth Summit

BOWLING GREEN, Ky --Healthcare industry leaders are gathering in Bowling Green this week for annual eHealth Summit at the Sloan Convention Center.

The summit begins Tuesday, but the Governor's Office of Electronic Health Information kicked off the week with a charity golf scramble today at Crosswinds Golf Course in Bowling Green. All of the proceeds from today's golf scramble will go to local United Way partners.

"It's a great cause. We have over a thousand charities, but because this is a special event, all of the proceeds from today's event stay in Warren County and go to the charities in Warren County," said Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services staff assistant Mary Gaetz.

Gaetz says information discussed at this week's summit is crucial for those working in healthcare and patients. There's still time to register for this week's summit. For more info visit the the link below.
