KSP began an investigation of John V. Bravard, 62, on March 10, inquiring about having sexual intercourse with an under-age victim.
Madisonville, KY (Hopkins County) - KSP Detective Dan Morck arrested John V. Bravard, 62, of Hopkinsville, on charges relating to child exploitation.
Bravard is charged with one count of Unlawful Use of Electronic Means to Induce a Minor to Engage in Sexual Activity or Other Prohibited Activities (Class D Felony). He was lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
KSP began an investigation of Bravard on March 10, inquiring about having sexual intercourse with an under-age victim. At around 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, detectives and troopers from the KSP Post in Madisonville, conducted a traffic stop on Bravard's vehicle on West Center Street in Madisonville. Bravard was taken into custody without incident.
