Christian County Man Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges


Walker pleaded guilty in Christian Circuit Court to four counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, and eight counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WBKO) – Attorney General Jack Conway announces the guilty plea of 47-year-old Robert Walker, Jr. for possession and distribution of child pornography.

Walker pleaded guilty in Christian Circuit Court to four counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, and eight counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. The Commonwealth recommends Walker serve six years in prison without probation, and complete a sex offender treatment program. Walker’s sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 11, 2014.

Walker was indicted by a Christian County grand jury in June 2013 following an undercover investigation by the Attorney General’s Cybercrimes Unit that began in August 2012. A search warrant was executed in January 2013 at Walker’s Hopkinsville residence with assistance from the Kentucky State Police.
