Chuy's Presents Check to Local Charity

Chuy's Tex-Mex restaurant in Bowling Green gave one local charity a sizable donation today.

Chuy's presented a check for nearly $3,300 to the Center for Courageous Kids in Scottsville.

This will help kids with medical problems enjoy activities they otherwise may have not been able to.

The general manager says Chuy's is all about helping the community and is glad to help kids.

"They're such a great charitable community there in Scottsville, Kentucky. They do great wonders with those kids, and that's why we chose them," said General Manager Rick Miller.

Miller said they will continue to help the community any way they can.
