BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- The Downtown Redevelopment Authority and the city of Bowling Green have reached an agreement on disputed property downtown.
Warren Circuit Judge Steve Wilson mediated the case for six-and-a-half hours before the two sides agreed.
The city will pay the DRA $150,000 for a part of their parking lot and one-fourth of the fountain at Circus Square Park.
The city already owned the other part of the fountain.
The area had been in dispute for several months.
