BOWLING GREEN, KY - The City of Bowling Green is partnering with WKCT to sponsor a community block party to celebrate the launch of "La Nuestra on Sunday, July 1 from 3:00pm until 5:00pm at the Preston Miller Park located at 2303 Tomblinson Way, Bowling Green.

La Nuestra Spanish Radio program premiered on Sunday, May 6 on WKCT Radio. Since its first show, La Nuestra has been gaining popularity among the Hispanic Community in Bowling Green/Warren County and surrounding counties.

The community block party will feature a live broadcast of "La Nuestra at the Preston Miller Park, where the public can meet the
host, producers, and contributors of the show.

The community is encouraged to come and join in the live broadcast, with children's activities, food, soft drinks, and numerous giveaways.

A local grassroots organization called HOPE, Hispanic Organization for the Promotion of Education, will be selling soft drinks to raise funds for their local scholarship program.

This will be an opportunity for the community to come together and
