Coroner Releases ID Of Body Found In Creek

GEORGETOWN, Ky. (AP) -- The identity of a man found dead in a central Kentucky creek has been released.

Scott County Coroner John Goble told the Georgetown News-Graphic (http://bit.ly/RHeSLH) on Monday that the victim was 29-year-old Jorge Zamudio Flores of Frankfort. Flores' body was discovered Friday partially submerged in Elkhorn Creek in Georgetown.

Scott County Sheriff Tony Hampton says Flores did not die of natural causes and the case is being investigated as a homicide.
