CARYVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Investigators are searching through the rubble of the Fireworks Superstore in East Tennessee to determine what caused a blaze that destroyed the business.
Media report flames erupted Sunday afternoon at the store in Caryville, which is off Interstate 75 at Exit 141. The roadway was shut down for a time, and witnesses told media that the fire sent explosives from the store shooting onto the highway.
Officials say everyone who was in the business when the fire started got out safely, but the business was a total loss.
Media report investigators were back at the scene Monday in an effort to find out what started the fire.
