The man gave employees a check, along with an identification card, both of which turned out to be fake.
 

BOWLING GREEN, KY (WBKO ) -- Kentucky State Police say on July 5, a man and woman purchased a high-end lawn mower from Hobdy, Dye, and Read on Nashville Road.

The man gave employees a check, along with an identification card, both of which turned out to be fake.

The suspect was driving a late model white four door Ford F-150 with a decal 4x4 on the bed of the truck. He was also pulling a trailer which had a rear gate and a side gate. Police were not able to obtain a license plate from the video.
