Crime Stoppers: Morgantown Bank & Trust Robbery

By Gene Birk |

Warren County Sheriff's Deputies say just before noon on Thursday, April 18, the Morgantown Bank & Trust at 1848 Morgantown Road, was robbed.

Employees say a man entered the bank with a gun tucked in his pants, and demanded money. Once the man got the cash, he left in a late model pick-up.

The man is described as a white male, 5-feet 10-inches tall, with a gray, bushy beard. He was wearing an Australian-style safari hat, faded jeans, a red or maroon-colored shirt, and blue tennis shoes. His right arm was in a sling.

The get-a-way vehicle is a champagne-colored late 90's Chevy Silverado pickup.
