Crime Stoppers: Stolen Tools

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- Bowling Green Police say they were called to the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings just after 10 p.m. Monday, November 18.

The victims told police they had parked their truck in the parking lot earlier, and went into the restaurant. They realized the tool box was missing later in the evening. With the help of employees, police were able to locate suspicious activity on video surveillance.

Four people can be seen lingering in the parking lot close to where the truck is parked. After one of the people spoke briefly to the driver of another car, the car backed into a parking spot. The driver would then flash the headlights whenever a vehicle would pull into the parking lot.

The tool box is described as a gray rubber box with red handles. The words "Container World" is written on the inside and the box contained multiple tools, a two-ton jack, and a bottle of rum.

The four people walked into Buffalo Wild Wings, stayed a few moments, and left without speaking to anyone, but they were there long enough to get caught on camera.

The suspects are described as three black males: one with a goatee and a black coat, one wearing a hooded sweatshirt, and a third wearing an Under Armor sweatshirt and baseball cap. The men also had a child with them.
