Developer Announces Plan for New Downtown Structure

"You can walk across to the restaurants that are on one side. You can go to a play on the same block, or cut across the street and around the corner and you're at a baseball game. I consider it the “central hub” of that downtown area," said Dan Murph, Developer.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky (WBKO) -- The developer of the upcoming “mixed use” building, next to SkyPAC, has released new details about the structure.

Developer Dan Murph purchased the property on the corner of 7th Avenue and College Street and plans to build The Stratford.

Murph says The Stratford will house SKyPAC's ticket office, along with luxury, overnight suites, with floor to ceiling window views of Circus Square Park.

"You can walk across to the restaurants that are on one side. You can go to a play on the same block, or cut across the street and around the corner and you're at a baseball game. I consider it the “central hub” of that downtown area," said Dan Murph, Developer.

Murph says there are more exciting details about the building that he hasn't released yet, but he will as they become approved.

The ground breaking for The Stratford building will take place Wednesday, April 30th.
