Developer Announces Plans to Build a Mixed-Use Building By SKyPAC

The building will be on a .25-acre lot and will have several features including a new ticket office to help ease crowd congestion.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- Developer Dan Murph and the SKyPAC Inc. Board announce plans to build a 16,500-square-foot mixed-use building beside the performing arts center.

The building will be on a .25-acre lot and will have several features including a new ticket office to help ease crowd congestion.

SKyPAC Inc. reached a deal with the developer to deed the land over in exchange for fair land value compensation, including construction and maintenance of the ticket office, an on-site sales kiosk, and a $100,000 personal pledge from the developer. According to SKyPAC and Murph there will be many opportunities for public use between SKyPAC and the new development.

Further details about the building will be released at the groundbreaking in early May.

This is Murph's fourth building project in downtown Bowling Green in the last four years.
