Developer Plans to Build Multi-Use Building by SKyPac

"We will have some control of the first floor and how it looks on the outside of the building. We're really excited about the development and what is happening with the Hitcents plaza, the Bowling Green Ballpark and us," said Jan Zarr, CEO of SkyPAC.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky (WBKO) -- Developer, Dan Murph, plans to build a 16,500 square foot building next to SkyPAC.

The quarter acre lot is currently empty. The developer and SKyPAC officials say the performing arts center will benefit.

"We will have some control of the first floor and how it looks on the outside of the building. We're really excited about the development and what is happening with the Hitcents plaza, the Bowling Green Ballpark and us," said Jan Zarr, CEO of SkyPAC.

SKyPAC officials say, plans show a possible bar and lounge on the first floor, along with a new ticket office.

Plans for the rest of the four story building have not been released.
