A driver was recovering Monday night after getting trapped in his car in Woodburn.
The Warren County Sheriff's Department says the driver was traveling south on Nashville Road, when he tried to pass another vehicle in front of him.
They say he then swerved onto Perry Martin Road and hit a telephone pole.
Rescue crews had to use the jaws of life to get him out.
He was taken to the hospital with a possible broken arm, but authorities say he did not suffer any life threatening injuries.
