A call about a drunk driver turns into multiple felony arrest in Allen County.
It happened on Macedonia Road around 8:20 last night.
A Kentucky State Police trooper saw the driver and attempted to stop him.
The Ford pick up truck driven by 65-year-old James Brooks crashed into the police cruiser.
The trooper then arrested Brooks for drunk driving.
Police say Brooks became belligerent and was taken to the medical center.
There he punched the trooper in the chest.
Brooks is now in the Allen County Jail he is being charged with wanton endangerment, assault, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
