FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) -- A logistics company is expanding in northern Kentucky, creating nearly 700 full-time jobs.
Elovations Services Group LLC announced the $13.7 million Erlanger expansion on Friday.
The jobs are good news for Kentucky, which has been slowly recovering from an economic recession that had caused widespread job losses.
Elovations Services Group founder and chairman Arthur Maxwell said northern Kentucky is an ideal location for the company that will validate, repackage and handle customs processing of parcels sold to international buyers.
The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority preliminarily approved Elovations Services Group for tax incentives up to $7 million.
