BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) -- A former Pulaski County deputy is set to plead guilty to violating the federal civil rights of a person in 2008.

Federal court records list a Dec. 3 court date for 48-year-old Steven Molen to change his plea from not guilty to guilty in U.S. District Court in Bowling Green.

Prosecutors say Molen attacked a person identified only as "C.F." in Russell County on Aug. 24, 2008, and caused bodily injury.

Molen also faces two other counts in Lexington of violating the civil rights of different victims by using excessive force in 2009 and 2011. He pleaded not guilty to those charges in July.
