Fire At Morning Sun Apartments

A fire just after 5:00 Tuesday evening evacuated a local apartment complex.

Firefighters arrived at Morning Sun Apartments on Pascoe Boulevard in Bowling Green to find flames and smoke on the roof.

Residents in the complex were quickly evacuated.

Officials believe the first started in a rear storage unit.

The fire was quickly brought under control and confined to just one apartment.

There were no injuries.
