Around 3:45 Thursday afternoon, Bowling Green firefighters were called to a fire at American Howa Kentucky on Jody Richards Drive in the Kentucky Transpark.

Fire officials say the fire started inside and spread to the roof.

Officials say the fire is out, but firefighters did have to cut through the roof in the process.

"We did have some flames earlier but we have put water on that. We have gotten the fire knocked down and right now they are just trying to break through the roof to make sure that they have all the hidden fire. It's a really difficult roof to get through," says Marlee Boenig from the Bowling Green Fire Department.

Seven fire units responded to the scene. There were no injuries. The fire is currently under investigation.
