PADUCAH, Ky. (AP) -- A former worker at the McCracken County Humane Society has been jailed after pleading guilty to charges involving the improper euthanasia of animals.
Prosecutor Todd Jones told The Paducah Sun (http://bit.ly/Q5BJS6) that Beau Anderson reported to jail on Monday to serve a 60-day sentence after entering a plea deal on Friday calling for a 10-month conditional discharge as long as there are no further offenses and Anderson no longer works with animals.
Anderson had worked at the animal shelter as its euthanasia specialist.
