Free Family Fun Thanks To Local Magazine
Children of all ages were at Chaney's Dairy Barn Saturday for Family Fun Day.
The day, organized by Bowling Green Parent Magazine and Houchens Industries was free to all families.
There was plenty of arts and crafts, face painting, performances, and of course ice cream!
The magazine says they organize an event like this to help get in touch with the community.
"A lot of times you maybe not get to meet the people that write and are a part of the publication and we thought putting on a free event would show our appreciation to the community for reading and just be something fun to get everybody together and show case the great talent we have," says Katie Frassinelli from Bowling Green Parent Magazine.
Because of an amazing turnout the magazine hopes to bring the Family Fun Day back for next year.
