One Good Friday act of kindness had some drivers in Bowling Green lined up waiting for hours.
The Shell station on Scottsville Rd. was taken over by Easter bunnies and people from CenterPointe Church.
They were there to give away free gas in the spirit of Good Friday.
"What a great blessing on Good Friday. What a great gesture for them to be extending this to the people," said gas recipient Anita Thomas-Turner.
"If we all can just take after that, and pattern after them and give back sometimes, what would the world be today," said gas recipient Ronald Butler.
The church bought $10 worth of gas for 200 people today, and they say next year, they hope to give away even more.
