Fry Daddy's in Bowling Green is hosting a camp out in their parking lot for Lane this weekend. Twenty-Five percent of all their sales over the weekend go to the Goodwin family. And you don't have to buy food to donate. You can just stop on by.
"We had a guy just come by this morning and ask, "Where's the donation box for Lane." Then he put five dollars in there. Just came and just did that." said Hostess, Kristen Lewis.
Lane was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer in 2010, and it has recently spread to his brain.Saturday at the WKU game. The Toppers took a timeout to honor lane with a thumbs up from the entire stadium. Fry Daddy's will be camping out for lane until Ten o'clock Sunday night.
