General Motors Recall

General Motors is recalling nearly half a million Chevrolet, Pontiac, And Saturn cars to fix a transmission problem.

The problem causes the cars to roll away unexpectedly.

The recall affects 2007 through 2010 Chevy Malibus, Pontiac G-6's, and Saturn Auras.

All the cars have four-speed automatic transmissions.

Owners of recalled vehicles will be notified by letters to set up appointments.
