A Glasgow police officer was arrested.
Glasgow Police Chief Guy Turcotte says Lt. Colonel David Graves, 46, was arrested Monday night by Kentucky State Police.
He is charged with fourth-degree assault and domestic violence.
He was taken to the Barren County Detention Center.
Chief Turcotte says, “While reminding the public that our officers are human and are as capable as anyone of using poor judgement at times, let it also be known that we hold ourselves to a higher standard as we work daily to avert and moderate these types of situations within our community and our officers will be held accountable for their actions."
