Glasgow Police Sergeant Disciplined Again

Sergeant Steele has now been placed on unpaid administrative leave, following allegations that he violated the DVO against him.

GLASGOW, KY (WBKO) -- Glasgow Police say a few weeks ago, Sergeant Jarrod Steele had a Domestic Violence Order filed against him, prohibiting him from carrying any guns while not on duty.

At the time, police officials said Sergeant Steele was put on paid administrative leave. They say he later returned to the job, but had to turn in his gun every day before leaving work, as part of the DVO agreement.

But Wednesday Glasgow police told us Sergeant Steele has now been placed on unpaid administrative leave, following allegations that he violated the DVO against him.
