The Hart County Grand Jury returns an indictment of theft by unlawful taking over $10,000.
Alice "Vonnie" Parker, 55, of Horse Cave was indicted in regards to an alleged theft that happened around June 23, 2011 in Hart County.
Parker was arrested February 10 and lodged in the Hart County Jail.
An investigation is ongoing.
