Hart County Rape, Sodomy, and Sexual Abuse
Kentucky State Police Post 3 in Bowling Green, began an investigation into allegations of rape, sodomy, and sexual abuse of a child Thursday, November 10, 2011.

(Bowling Green) - Kentucky State Police Detective Laura Isenberg presented the investigation to the Hart County Grand Jury on February 7, and indictments were returned against Randall E. Banks, age 29.
Banks was indicted on 10 counts each of rape, sodomy, and sexual abuse, all with a victim less than 12 years old; and one count of being a persistent felony offender 1st degree.
Banks is currently lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail in Beattyville on unrelated charges. The investigation is ongoing.
