Police arrested Marvin Alfaro who was in the U.S. Illegally on multiple charges after he tried to run from police with three juveniles in the car.

A police report shows Alfaro led police on a pursuit reaching speeds of 130 miles per hour, but he stopped in the parking lot of blue crystal pools.
