NASHVILLE, Tn. - WKU head football coach Bobby Petrino didn't coach in 2012 but he sure didn't look to have any rust at all Saturday night as his Hilltoppers beat UK 35-26.

In fact, Petrino looked like he had been game planning for the last year as the Hilltoppers never trailed in Saturday's game.

Brandon Doughty looked good in his first start completing 27 of 34 passes for 271 yards and a touchdown.

The WKU running attack was also very good as Antonio Andrews rushed for 99 yards and Leon Allen ran for 92 of his own. Both running backs had touchdowns.

Petrino is now 9-0 in season openers and 5-1 against Kentucky. The Hilltoppers travel to Knoxville next Saturday to take on the Tennessee Volunteers.
