BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- The Bowling Green Hot Rods held auditions at SKyPAC Saturday for national anthem singers, public address announcers and on-field emcees.
Those chosen will perform at the games this coming season.
It's the first time they've hosted auditions since 2009.
The auditions ran from 10:30 to 1:30 and 50 people were pre-registered for the tryouts.
"Bowling Green's got a lot of hidden talent. Most of these people have never performed at our games before, so it's exciting to get some new talent and voices out there," said Jennifer Johnson, director of marketing and promotions.
She said the performers will be chosen within a couple weeks, and she hopes to have a different person at each game.
