LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) -- University of Kentucky athletics officials are warning UK fans heading to the Bahamas to be on the lookout for some stolen game tickets.
UK athletics officials say ticket booklets numbered 1201-1500 were stolen in transit to the Bahamas.
Officials say those tickets will be invalid for entry to all six UK basketball exhibition games to be played in the Bahamas between August 10 and August 17.
UK officials are asking fans to be vigilant in buying tickets in the Bahamas.
They say Kendal Isaacs Gymnasium personnel have been told about the stolen tickets, and they will not allow entry to anyone attempting to use tickets flagged as stolen.
UK officials say fans who have already purchased tickets for the Big Blue Bahamas tour will not be affected.
They say they ordered more ticket booklets than have been pre-purchased.
All purchases will be honored.
