BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (AP) -- A Brentwood, Tennessee man has pleaded not guilty in the killing of his orthodontist wife and is free on $750,000 bond.

At a court hearing on Tuesday, Randolph Maidens was told by the judge that he must wear a GPS device so Brentwood police can track his whereabouts.

Maidens must also stay away from the couple's home and that he cannot drive a car.

Maidens is charged with homicide in the shooting death of his wife, Dr. Rachael Maidens, whose body was discovered by police on April 21 in the family's house. Their daughter was found unharmed inside the house.

Police said they found more than $87,000 in the trunk and glove compartment of Randolph Maiden's car. He surrendered after an all-night manhunt.
