A one car collision on I-65 closed two lanes of north-bound traffic near the exit 22 interchange, leaving one lane open for traffic this morning.
Kentucky State Police says the driver of the pick-up truck had complications from low blood sugar when the truck collided into the wall. Debris from the truck, including nails, was scattered on the roadway, causing the closure of the two left lanes.
Lanes were re-opened shortly after the accident.
The driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
