GREENVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) -- The Muhlenberg County Sheriff's Department says just before noon on Thursday, December 5, an Indiana man sold approximately 100 pain pills in a Greenville business parking lot, not realizing officers were present.
Deputies say Charles Walter Church of Terre Haute, Indiana was arrested by Muhlenberg County Sheriff's Detective Wade Griggs, after he sold about 100 pain pills to a confidential informant for $600.00.
Church was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, trafficking in a controlled substance 2nd degree, possession of marijuana, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
Church was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
Griggs was assisted by Sheriff's Deputies and the Greenville Police Department.
