HART COUNTY, Ky. (WBKO) -- The teen accused of killing a missing person in Hart County a year ago has been indicted by a grand jury.
The sheriff's office say it presented its case on Tuesday, and the grand jury returned an indictment on Daniel Hostetler, 19, of Metcalfe County, on charges of Manslaughter, 1st Degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Hostetler was arrested on April 20th when Hostetler's brother told police about the crime.

He then put his body in the Green River.
Police say they believe he did not intend to kill Crain.
He is in the Hart County Jail on a $100,000 dollar cash bond, and will be in court on May 21st.
