The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is continuing construction on I-65 in Hart County.
The right northbound lane will be closed on I-65 between mile markers 56 and 59 for the next three nights between 7 PM and 7 AM.
This will help widen I-65 to three lanes.
Officials say it's important to pay attention to signage, since a barrier wall is being placed to divide the lanes.
"With the divided lanes you will need to stay in the right hand lane to exit at certain times. You'll need to pay close attention to the signage. We're finding a lot of folks are missing signage and maybe missing their exit. We have those posted. You just need to slow down, take your time and certainly pay attention to the signage," says KYTC District 4 Public Information Officer, Chris Jessie.
The project is expected to be completed by the fall of next year.
