Jackie Farah, the Bowling Green woman who has made national headlines after leaving 19 kids in a hot and filthy house for a week, will be in court Monday.

Farah claims she left for a family emergency and left a neighbor to check on the kids.

Police made the discovery, 19 kids with no supervision, no air conditioning, and no food last Monday night. The oldest child was only 14-years-old.

Farah has been charged with 14 counts of criminal abuse and 5 counts of wanton endangerment.

Police are still searching for Irving "Joe" Smith, who is connected to Farah and the children.
