BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- The first person to file to run for Bowling Green City Commissioner is a long-time incumbent.
The Warren County Court Clerk's office says Joe Denning filed his papers Friday.
Denning says he brings 20 years of experience to the city commission.
That includes serving as mayor from February to November of 2011.
And says he has a proven track record to show that he does not straddle the fence and doesn't take sides.
