Judge/Exec Rules Against Pole Dancers

Logan County Judge/Executive Logan Chick ruled against a Logan County business from having paid pole dancers.

Owner of Tenn-Tucky State Line Tavern, Sheila Haley, applied for an entertainment permit to have the pole dancers.

The dancers were already dancing for a short while, when controversy arose about them.

The dancers wore bikinis and were not completely nude.

The decision was made yesterday afternoon, and Chick said he's already heard of plans that Haley will appeal.
