Juvenile Arrested For Bomb Threat to a Muhlenberg Middle School

A juvenile has been arrested and charged after police say they made a bomb threat to Muhlenberg North Middle School Tuesday.

Kentucky State Police responded to the school at about 10 Tuesday morning.

Police say two notes had been discovered in a girl's bathroom indicating there was a bomb in the school.

Emergency personnel evacuated students from the middle school and Longest Elementary.

No explosives were found.

The juvenile has been charged with terroristic threatening and is in the Warren Regional Juvenile Detention Center.

Police say a threat was also made on Monday at Muhlenberg North Middle School. No arrests were made in connection with Monday's threat.
