Troopers say 25-year-old Matthew L. Willis of Newport was last accounted for at 11:30 p.m. on Friday. The staff at Keeton Correctional Facility in Paducah reported him missing early Saturday morning.

Wills was last seen wearing a black hoodie with the hood cut out, red t-shirt, and blue jeans. He was serving a sentence for burglary out of Campbell County.
