FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) -- Some Kentucky voters will get to cast ballots in two congressional races this year.

It's an unusual circumstance caused by the combination of a resignation and this year's redrawing of congressional district boundaries.

Residents in all or parts of six counties, which are moving from the 4th Congressional District to the 6th Congressional District, will be allowed to vote in a special election for the vacant 4th District seat and the regular election for the 6th District seat.

The counties that are affected include Bath, Fleming, Harrison, Nicholas, Robertson and Scott.
