BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- Radio and television broadcasting professionals from across the commonwealth, gathered in Bowling Green Wednesday.
The 2013 Kentucky Broadcasters Association Conference was held at the Sloan Convention Center. Speakers talked with us about the ever changing industry, and what it means for broadcasters and you the viewer.
"Utilizing the internet, and utilizing Facebook and Twitter. It's just a great avenue for the broadcaster to let people know what they're doing," said KBA President and CEO Gary White.
"We have to have broadcast signals hitting iPads and cellphones so people don't have to just watch our stuff on the big screen at home," said NAB President and CEO Gordon Smith.
Just a reminder, you can always stay connected with WBKO on our mobile app, and online right here on wbko.com.
